Agreement & Ordering

By placing an order with Syntactic, you agree to these Terms of Service. A commission is confirmed only after scope, pricing, and timeline are finalized in writing inside the official Discord order ticket. Messages outside the ticket are non-binding. I reserve the right to decline any project.

Payment & Milestones

Full payment or an agreed deposit (50% upfront) must be paid before work is sent to the client. Payments must be processed through agreed payment methods. Work will pause if milestone payments are delayed.

Scope & Revisions

• In-Progress Revisions:Up to 2 minor revisions during development are included within the original brief.
• Scope Creep:Any structural changes, additional features, or redesigns requested after work has started will incur additional fees and timeline extensions.

Bug Fixes & Post-Delivery Support

Free bug fixes are provided for 7 days post-delivery for issues caused by original implementation. Bugs reported after 7 days, or issues caused by client modification/third-party scripts, are subject to a standard service fee.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Client Cancellation:Deposits and payments for work already completed or delivered are strictly non-refundable.
• Developer Cancellation:If I cancel the project, a full or prorated refund will be issued based on uncompleted work.
• Chargebacks:Filing an unauthorized chargeback will result in immediate termination of support, blacklist from future services, and potential revocation of project rights.

Rights, Usage & Portfolio

• Usage Rights:Upon 100% full payment, the client receives non-exclusive rights to use the delivered work in their specified project. Reselling, redistributing, or claiming original authorship of the code/assets as a standalone product is prohibited unless an NDA/Exclusive Rights fee is agreed upon.
• Portfolio Rights:Syntactic retains the right to display finished work in portfolios, video showcases, and social media unless an NDA was signed prior to starting.

Conduct & Termination

Respectful communication is required. Any form of harassment, toxicity, or abusive behavior will result in immediate order cancellation without a refund and forfeiture of undelivered assets.
